Managed Services allows your business to supplement or offload IT operations to ReFocus Data. We assume the ongoing responsibility for 24-hour monitoring, managing and/or problem resolution for the IT systems within your business.

As each business is unique we offer three primary Managed Services Plans to help fit the majority of our clients needs:

Associate - for partners that have a good handle on their computer and workstation needs and don't require large amounts of technical support, requiring support only when it comes to managing their core infrastructure, such as Wireless, Firewalls, Switches, Servers, or Phones.

Partner - for partners who have a tech savvy staff manager or office manager.  These people generally take on basic problems and user setups at their organization but need help in resolving the more technical issues and network operations.

Partner Plus - for partners who require a more hands-on approach to managing anything technical or who wish to outsource their IT.  This plan allows your users to focus on their jobs and shifts the support requirements to us.

Although we believe that the most effective support comes from Partnerships, we also understand that there are times when support is needed that does not fall within the scope of our Managed Service offerings.  For these situations we do offer Time & Materials Services for your support needs or specific projects.
